About the Author

Patty Sheehan

As a psychotherapist, speaker, writer, and trainer, Patty Sheehan helps adults and children along the path to personal growth and self-discovery. Sheehan, who has a master's degree in education, is the author of two earlier books for children, Kylie's Song and Gwendolyn's Gifts. In Kylie's Concert, Sheehan develops one of the central themes of her work – the importance of nurturing one's individual gifts. Sheehan lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico, near the Sandia Mountains, where she enjoys many outdoor activities and the beauty of the changing seasons. Her concern for our forests and for all of nature is reflected in Kylie's Concert.
